These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dink! mobile application ("App") provided by Apptensity, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

1. App Usage:

1.1 Eligibility: - You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

1.2 Account Creation: - When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. - You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

1.3 App Restrictions: - You agree not to use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or improper purposes. - You must not engage in any activities that may disrupt or interfere with the App's functionality or its users.

2. Content Ownership and Usage:

2.1 User Content: - You retain ownership of the content you post, upload, or share within the App ("User Content"). - By sharing User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute it within the App for its intended purposes.

2.2 Prohibited Content: - You must not share content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or harmful to others. - We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

3. Group Play Events and Participation:

3.1 Event Organizer Responsibilities: - Event organizers are responsible for providing accurate and complete event details, managing participants, and adhering to event schedules. - Organizers must not discriminate or engage in any harmful conduct towards participants.

3.2 Participant Responsibilities: - Participants must adhere to event rules, schedules, and guidelines set by the event organizer. - Participants must treat other participants with respect and follow the App's code of conduct.

4. Privacy:

4.1 Data Collection: - We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

4.2 Location Information: - With your consent, we may collect and use your location information to facilitate event planning and group play coordination.

5. Termination:

5.1 Termination by Users: - You may terminate your account at any time by following the App's account deletion process.

5.2 Termination by Us: - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App for violation of these Terms or any inappropriate conduct.

6. Limitation of Liability:

6.1 Use of the App is at your own risk. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms:

7.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be notified to you within the App or via email.
